To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

1. Keep your Warranty Card safe — it’s required for all claims.

2. Document the damage:

   • Send us clear pictures and videos showing the damaged product.

   • Include your warranty card visibly in the images or video for verification.

3. Once our team reviews and approves your claim, you will be eligible for:

   • Replacement of specific parts (plates/gears), or

   • Full product replacement, based on the level of damage.

4. Customers are required to pay for the shipping cost of the replacement unit.
